Open the Zoom app
Click on Sign In
Enter your credentials
Click on Sign In
This will open an outlook meeting invitation where you can add people from you address book as usual. The location will be pre-populated with a hyperlink for people to click on to join the meeting. Meeting information will be included in the body of the invite.
Add meeting attendees as required and then send.
