Once you finished the installation, it will give you ID number and password. We need that ID number and password to dial in to your computer.
Apple/Mac
For remote assistance: Please download team-viewer from the following link: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/mac-os/
Click on download and run the download file. Please choose basic installation and for personal use for Team-viewer setup.
Go to system preferences and click on Security & Privacy:
Under Security & Privacy, click on Accessibility. Select Team-viewer and unlock it.
