- Download the Citrix CleanUp Utility – follow the instructions on this page https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX137494
- Navigate to your downloads folder to locate the CleanUp utility file.
- Right click on the file and select “Extract All”
- Once the file has been extracted launch the CleanUp Utility and follow the instructions
- Download and install the 1812 version of Citrix Workspace :

- Download the certs below.
- SRPHC Sectigo Root Certificate
- SRPHC Sectigo Intermediate Certificate
- Launch Keychain access via Finder
- Go to File > Import and select the certs into system

Click on Certificates on the left to see the certs.You might have to double click on the cert and trust settings to Always Trust
If you are still having an issue please uninstall the old receiver, then download and install the 1812 version of Citrix Workspace for Mac: https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/legacy-receiver-for-mac/workspace-app-for-mac-1812.html

How to install SRPHC root and intermediate certificates
- Click on each of the certificates below and download them onto your computer
SRPHC Sectigo Root Certificate
SRPHC Sectigo Intermediate Certificate - Location the certificate wherever you downloaded it (e.g. Downloads folder). Right-click the certificate and click Install Certificate.
- In the Install Certificate wizard, select Local Machine (or if you do not have administrative rights on this machine, select Current User) and click Next
- At the Certificate Store screen, select “Place all certificates in the following store” and select the certificate store that corresponds to the cert (root certs go into Trusted Root, intermediate certs go into Intermediate)
- Click next and finish and you should see a message “the import was successful”
